What is CashJosh?+
CashJosh is a cashback and coupons platform. When you shop at partner stores through CashJosh, we earn a commission and share most of it back with you as real cashback you can withdraw to UPI or bank.
Is CashJosh free to use?+
Yes, completely free. You even get a welcome bonus in your wallet when you sign up.
How do I earn cashback?+
Sign up, search for a store on CashJosh, tap “Shop & Earn” to visit it through our tracked link, and shop as usual. Your cashback is tracked automatically and added to your wallet.
Cashback tracking & confirmation
Why is my cashback “Pending”?+
Cashback is Pending until the store confirms your order is valid and won’t be returned or cancelled. Once their return window closes, it becomes Confirmed and withdrawable.
How long until my cashback confirms?+
It varies by store — typically 30 to 90 days. You can see the expected confirmation date for each order in the Cashback tab of your Wallet.
Why was my cashback cancelled?+
Usually because the order was returned, cancelled, or partly refunded, or because tracking was blocked (ad-blockers/cookie blockers) or a coupon from outside CashJosh was used. The store reverses the commission in these cases, so the cashback can’t be paid.
My cashback didn’t track. What do I do?+
Raise a Missing Cashback Claim from the Claims tab in your Wallet with your order ID, date, and amount. We’ll investigate with the store — resolution can take a few weeks as it depends on their confirmation.
How do I make sure cashback tracks?+
Always start your shopping journey from CashJosh, disable ad/cookie blockers for the store, complete your purchase in one session, and don’t use coupons from other sites.
Withdrawals & payments
How do I withdraw my cashback?+
Once cashback is Confirmed, open your Wallet and request a withdrawal to UPI, bank transfer, or a gift card, depending on the methods available.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?+
Some payout methods have a minimum threshold, shown when you request a withdrawal. Confirmed balance below the minimum stays in your wallet until you reach it.
Why can I only have one withdrawal at a time?+
For security and accurate accounting, only one withdrawal request can be pending at a time. Once it’s processed you can request another.
Referrals & account
How does Refer & Earn work?+
Share your referral code from your Wallet. When a friend signs up with it and meets the conditions, you both earn a bonus.
How do I update my details or notification preferences?+
Go to Account settings to manage saved payout methods, and choose which notifications you receive. Your name, email and phone are locked for security — contact support to change them.
