Cashback & Refund Policy

CashJosh is a cashback and coupons platform, not a seller of goods. This policy explains how cashback is confirmed and how refunds or returns on your purchases affect it.
1. We are not the seller
Your purchase contract is with the partner store, not CashJosh. Refunds, exchanges, delivery, and product issues are handled by the store per their own policy. CashJosh only tracks and pays cashback on eligible orders.
2. Cashback confirmation timeline
Cashback is credited as Pending shortly after a tracked purchase and moves to Confirmed once the store validates the order β usually after the return window closes. Typical confirmation takes 30β90 days depending on the store. You can track the exact status and expected confirmation date in your Wallet.
3. Refunds & returns
If you return or cancel all or part of an order, the corresponding cashback is reduced or cancelled, because the store reverses the commission that funds it. Cashback already withdrawn against an order later found invalid may be adjusted against your future earnings.
4. Missing cashback claims
If cashback for a valid order doesn't appear within the store's tracking window, you can raise a Missing Cashback Claim from the Claims tab in your Wallet, with your order ID and amount. We'll investigate with the store; resolution can take a few weeks as it depends on the store's confirmation.
5. Withdrawals are final once processed
Once a withdrawal to your UPI/bank/gift card is processed, it cannot be reversed by CashJosh. Please double-check your payout details before submitting a request. Failed transfers due to incorrect details will be returned to your wallet where recoverable.
