Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India with a valid mobile number to use CashJosh. Each person may hold only one account.

CashJosh earns a commission when you shop at a partner store via our tracked links, and shares part of it with you as cashback. Cashback first appears as Pending, and becomes Confirmed (withdrawable) only after the store confirms your order was valid — typically after the return/cancellation window closes. Cashback amounts and rates are set by stores and may change without notice.

Cashback may be reduced, held, or cancelled if:

• The order is returned, cancelled, or partially refunded.
• Tracking failed due to ad-blockers, cookie blocking, or an interrupted journey.
• You used a coupon not listed on CashJosh, or another cashback/coupon site during the same session.
• The store deems the transaction ineligible or fraudulent.

Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn via the payout methods offered (e.g. UPI, bank transfer, gift cards), subject to any minimum threshold. Only one withdrawal request may be pending at a time. We may require PAN/ KYC verification before processing payouts, in line with applicable law. Provide accurate payout details —CashJosh is not liable for transfers to incorrect details you supply.

Referral bonuses are credited when a genuinely new user signs up with your code and meets the stated conditions. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other abuse will result in reversal of bonuses and possible account suspension.

You may not create multiple accounts, place and cancel orders solely to earn cashback, use bots or automated tools, or attempt to manipulate tracking. Violations may lead to forfeiture of cashback and termination of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in fraud. You may close your account at any time; doing so forfeits any pending or unwithdrawn cashback.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Questions? Email support@cashjosh.in.
