Cashback is a shared commission, not a discount

When a store wants more customers, it pays a commission to whoever sends the customer its way — that's the core of affiliate marketing, and it's been running quietly behind most e-commerce for two decades. The one rule that makes all of this work: start every purchase from the "Shop & Earn" link, in the same browsing session. Why cashback sits "Pending" instead of landing instantly

This is the part that trips people up most. Every store has a return and cancellation window — 15 days, 30 days, sometimes longer. Until that window closes without a return, the sale isn't truly final from the store's side, so the commission isn't final either. That's exactly what "Pending" means: the cashback is real and calculated, it's just waiting for the store's own return window to close.

A coupon code is a separate, additional discount applied at the store's own checkout — cashback is calculated on whatever you end up actually paying after that discount, so using both together is strictly better than using either alone. Getting your cashback out: withdrawals

Once cashback is Confirmed, it moves from "Pending" balance into your withdrawable wallet balance. From there:

• Withdraw to UPI, bank transfer, or a gift card, depending on which methods are enabled.
• Some methods have a minimum withdrawal threshold — your Confirmed balance simply accumulates until you hit it.
• Only one withdrawal request can be pending at a time, for accounting and security reasons.
• Once your cumulative payouts cross a threshold (₹20,000), Indian tax rules require PAN/KYC verification before we can keep paying out — add this once in Account settings and it's a one-time step.
